Jeremy won the soccer division in the jr olympics in Palm Springs a few months ago and today he was in the regional competition and won the gold medal!

My brother in law went back to school to get his Bachelor’s Degree for better job security. He worked hard at these weekly night classes and got all straight A’s. We’re very proud of him. Way to go Cliff! Univeristy of Phoenix College Graduate!

Jeremy’s friend from school, Chase Aardema, had a little visit with us while his parents are in Greece. Jeremy was so happy to have him spend a couple nights. They played constantly. It was fun to have him here.

We attended the bi-annual Brown family reunion this Sunday. My Aunt Alice coordinates the event. It represents our relatives from my great grandparents, Rebecca and Thomas Brown, on my mother’s side. We had a good turnout this time. And Susie the historian put together several things for us to remember our ancesters. Didn’t know my Great grandmother’s parents and brothers and sisters were all bootleggers!!! but went to church every Sunday!! You never know what will turn up in the family genes!!

Jeremy and I will be starting a brand new journey in the Fall.

Homeschooling.

I am excited and nervous at the same time. The Lord has shown us this is His plan for us and so I know He will help us and guide us through. I wonder what He has in store for us…could it be we’ll go on a missionary journey? or attend spirit filled conferences? We’re getting his passport this wknd so we’ll be ready for whatever God intends. Exciting isn’t it? To think of all the possibilities. I’ll keep you posted.
