Jeremy broke our IPOD 5th generation and I took it back to Costco where I bought it two years ago. I was shocked when they gave me all my money back!!! yay Costco! So since I had to get a new one I upgraded to the IPOD Touch. It is so cool. I told Steve it only cost me $200!   Do you think he bought it ???

We’ve been studying ancient Egypt these first 2 wks of school and Jeremy made a salt map of Ancient Egypt’s Nile River.

Today we saw the show “Walking with the Dinosaurs” at the Honda Center. It was pretty cool. Thanks Uncle Steve for the free tickets!

We’re off to a great start in homeschooling.

For my birthday my friend and I got pampered at the Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa. It was so fun. The facility was beautiful – like a desert oasis. We went in the mineral baths, then slathered red clay mud all over ouselves in “Club Mud” and baked in the Wafa (a hot cave) to let it dry. My skin was so silky smooth after that-it was amazing! Then we went to this underground cavern and moisturized in head to toe aloe vera and sea kelp paste – had tea and green apples to detox and then the rest of the day we just lounged around in the many pools and jacuzzi’s. It was a blast.

We went to our favorite beach today, Crescent Bay in Laguna Beach. It was a beautiful day and the water was not too cold. We couldn’t get over how clear the water was. We’ve never seen the water so clear….you could see your feet. Everytime we go I wonder….why don’t we go more often?

That’s my boy!…. at 8 years old….hitting a home run on the last game of the season. It was a fun game with my parents, Steve’s parents and Aunt Liz and Uncle Cliff in attendance.

I haven’t told my friend Christine this yet but when we took her son to Bass Lake last month, Steve and I ran out of shampoo. I asked to borrow Chase’s shampoo and it turned out I really liked it! Suave 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner – Blueberry Thrills It really left my hair soft. So when we got back home I went in search for some and found it, however right next to it was another Suave product, 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner and body wash. So being the time conscious person I am I decided to try it as well. Turns out I really like this one so much more because I found a 4th use for it…….BUBBLES!…. It makes great bubbles!!! I’ve been having so much fun in the tub with it using a bubble wand to blow lots of bubbles…..haha..really…. you should try it………     so Suave 4 in 1…..actually…..make that 5 in 1 because it also makes great bubble bath!……
